Erik Eames is founder and CEO of Wireless Analytics, LLC. Erik has over 30 years of business experience, the last 20 years in telecom and wireless. He has held telecom consulting positions within the InfoCom strategy practice at Coopers & Lybrand (Now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as well as senior management positions in several successful entrepreneurial ventures in the telecom & wireless industry. Prior to getting into the telecom space, Erik spent eight years in advertising and marketing. He received his BA from Hobart College and his MBA from The Tuck School, Dartmouth College.
Erik currently serves on the board of directors of TEMIA, the Technology Expense Management Industry Association.
Carl F. Jahn
Co-founder, VP of Development
Carl Jahn is a co-founder and VP of Development for Wireless Analytics, LLC. Carl has over 26 years of business experience, the last 12 years in the wireless space. Before Wireless Analytics, he ran a successful web development and design firm, and was involved in building web-based ordering systems for wireless products. Carl has also held senior management positions in the consumer package goods industry and in a direct marketing company. Carl received his BA from Tufts University and his MBA from The University of Texas.
Fernando M. Oliveira
VP of Client Services
Fernando Oliveira joined Wireless Analytics in 2005 and currently serves as its VP of Client Services. His wireless experience spans almost two decades. Prior to joining Wireless Analytics, Fernando founded SkyeWave, a successful wholesale distributor of satellite communications products and services. He also spent 5 years at Bell Atlantic Mobile (now Verizon Wireless) in various sales, marketing and management roles. Mr. Oliveira received his BS from the University of Massachusetts.
Director of Operations
Aaron Nersesian joined Wireless Analytics in 2007 and currently serves as its Director of Operations. Prior to joining Wireless Analytics, Aaron worked on the retail side of the wireless industry for almost 10 years, holding numerous sales and management positions. While at Wireless Analytics Aaron has grown along with the company, starting off as a tier 1 helpdesk analyst and then graduating to helpdesk manager, account manager and project manager prior to holding his existing title. Aaron received his BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire. In his free time, Aaron enjoys golfing and camping with his family.
Director of Technology
Jonathan Steele manages the Technology team and is responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise systems such as WA’s ITSM help desk and wireless expense reporting platform. He joined Wireless Analytics in 2006, and over the course of his tenure, he has held roles in customer support, service delivery, account and project management and help desk management. Jonathan’s diverse experience and extensive industry knowledge enable him to provide the right mix of leadership and technical vision to ensure WA is prepared for the challenges of mobility managed services. Jonathan’s other titles include “English Major”, “Technology Translator”, “Pivot Table Guy” and “iPhone Zealot”.
Director of Technology Solutions
Alexander Mordach joined Wireless Analytics in 2005 and currently serves as its Director of Technology Solutions. Prior to joining Wireless Analytics, Alexander worked as an engineer for Phoenix Technologies, bringing UEFI BIOS solutions to the mass marketplace. He has always been an advocate of groundbreaking technology and helps Wireless Analytics stay on the forefront of all mobile technologies. Mr. Mordach received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, and is an avid Disney fan.
Director of Global Business Strategy
Paul Knittle is responsible for designing and implementing our international expansion efforts across clients, carriers, partners, and vendors. For over 20 years, Paul has held roles from Director of Operations to Regional Business Sales Manager to Global Account Manager for the US division of Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile. Fernando eventually convinced Paul to leave the large enterprise to help drive the growth of the little company that could, WA.
In the 3+ years Paul has been with WA, he has held various roles including business development, and strategic account management. His relentless need to ensure client satisfaction drove him to design, recruit, and implement a team of Client Success Managers, known for their outstanding ability to listen to clients’ needs, and not rest until they are delivered on.
Paul’s other titles have included, “Motivational speaker”, “The T-Mobile Guy”, “Husband”, “Dad”, and “Technology fan”.
Director of Product Development
Before joining Wireless Analytics, Dele Omotosho delivered software solutions for notable companies like Lufthansa German Airlines, Healthcare Source and Verivo Software working in varying lifecyle of their flagship products. Dele holds degrees in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
Dele derives pleasure in playing the drums or bass and performing spoken words.
Director of Channel Program
Chris Maggio joined Wireless Analytics in 2015, bringing two decades of indirect channel experience in the telecommunications and wireless industries. Chris has held corporate leadership roles with Winstar, Sprint Nextel, and Aptela (now Vonage Business) and is highly experienced in strategic planning, partner recruitment, and launching effective channel programs. Throughout his career, Chris’s actions in the field and at the corporate level have garnered him a reputation of fairness and integrity within the channel partner community. He enjoys outdoor activities and time with his family, and is a diehard Washington NFL fan.
Eric O’Brien joined Wireless Analytics in 2015 and currently serves as the Controller. Along with his financial responsibilities, Eric also heads Wireless Analytics’ Allocations Department. Prior to joining the Wireless Analytics Team, he was the Controller, for seven years, of a global electronic components and aerospace materials distributor. Eric received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Double Concentration in Finance and Business Management from the University of Maine. Eric is an active member of his community, volunteering his time to coach youth baseball and basketball.
