We are experiencing tremendous growth, expanding our call center hours and looking for a customer-centric individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have a customer service background ideally in a Help Desk environment with a strong interest in emerging technologies. Our Support Representatives are expected to become subject matter experts in all facets of the wireless industry. We pride ourselves on being industry leaders in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and processing client orders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software smartphone/tablet issues
  • Process mobile line Moves/Adds/Changes and other service actions as assigned
  • Use proprietary helpdesk system to accurately document all orders and actions
  • Bring a professional, customer-friendly approach to all client interaction
  • Keep up to date on industry events and changes
  • Participate in rotational 24/7 on-call support program
  • Ability to work within the normal call center hours of 8:00AM – 8PM Mon-Fri

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years Call Center experience required. Specifically in a Help Desk environment.
  • 1-2 year’s technical troubleshooting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Ability to type 40 WPM

Desired Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Aircards, MIFI and/or hotspot devices desired
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting smartphone and tablet devices highly desired.
  • Background in wireless telecom preferred
  • Fluent in German and/ or French highly desired

Billing Analyst

Wireless Analytics, LLC is a leading provider of outsourced wireless managed services for mid- to large-sized companies. Our services dramatically reduce mobile communication costs and significantly improve support to wireless users for our customers.

Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a highly specialized Billing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will process wireless carrier billing data and produce charge allocation reports for our clients. The candidate will support Wireless Analytics Account Managers through data reporting and cost analyses on an as needed basis, as well as generate monthly reports and metrics. The candidate will also be expected to add value for our clients through ongoing process improvements and innovations as the work evolves.

Requirements

  • 1 year Cost accounting, or financial analysis experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access mandatory. Applicants without the following skills will not be considered:
    • Creating new/ad hoc queries featuring INNER, LEFT, and RIGHT JOINS
    • Creating SELECT, DELETE, UPDATE, APPEND AND MAKE TABLE queries
    • Understanding of how to import Excel and Text into Access and how to export or copy tables or query results to Excel
    • Understanding of how to APPEND records from one Table to another
    • Understanding of how to incorporate Totals into queries including COUNT, SUM, GROUP BY, and WHERE
    • Understanding of how to use IF commands in Access queries
    • Understanding of how to use IF commands in Access queries
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. Excel skills must include:
    • All standard mathematical formulas
    • Understanding of functions such as: IF, LEFT, RIGHT, REPLACE, TRIM, ROUND
    • Pivot tables
    • Knowledge of Macros a plus
    • Able to work both independently in an unstructured environment and also in a team environment
    • Incredible attention to detail, problem-solving and investigative skills

Web Developer/Architect

We are looking for a Web Developer/Architect to join our management team to help take our existing internal and client-facing applications, web portal, and relational database reporting services to the next level. The ideal candidate for this position will be a hands-on developer and project manager who will also be able to synthesize existing and new business requirements into an actionable PRD, project plan, and budget as well as help Wireless Analytics migrate our existing ASP applications and MS Access databases to a more scalable, robust SQL, .Net (or other) platform.
