The portal authenticates and identifies users when they log in. If the user needs to place an order for a device on behalf of another user, that functionality is available. Orders are never provisioned without proper levels of approvals. This process provides the flexibility for orders to be uploaded to the carriers for fulfillment, of fulfilled by your own inventory maintained in our warehouse on your behalf.
